We have access to the whole market for sourcing mortgages although problem case mortgages are usually handled by a relatively small number of specialist Lenders. However, there are enough of them for a competitive situation to exist, and we will always be driven by the Client's needs in choosing either one or a number of deals for you to consider. In practice, therefore, we have access to the whole mortgage market, but we usually arrange mortgages from a panel of Mortgage Specialist Lenders.

Confidential
We will treat all your personal information as private and confidential (even when you are no longer a customer) except where disclosure is made at your request or with your written consent in relation to arranging your mortgage. You have the right of access under the Data Protection Act 1998 to your records whether held manually or electronically.

Level of Service
There are three levels of service available. These are:
a) Full advice and recommendation;
b) Information on different types of mortgage products available to allow you to make a choice;
c) Information on a single product only, where no advice is given,
In all cases we offer full advice and recommendation.

During our initial discussion, we will be completing a detailed mortgage questionnaire to enable us to choose an appropriate lender from our panel of problem case lenders for your circumstances.

Broker Status
We are independent and we act solely on behalf of our Clients. We are not appointed agents acting on behalf of any Lender or Insurance Company.

Fees
Oakhill Mortgage Services Limited may receive fees from lenders with whom we place mortgages. Where this occurs we will tell you the amount. We will notify you of any special business relationship we have with any Lender, including the benefits which such relationships provide. We do not allow any special relationship of this nature to influence the advice given to you.

Other Services
In addition to providing you with mortgage advice, we are able to provide you with such of the following services as are indicated.

>> Advice on Buildings and Contents Insurance
>> Advice on Accident, Sickness and Unemployment Insurance
